1:1 - Children under the age of 15 is not allowed to create and account for Razgovor.
1:2 - Children Between the age 15-18 would need to be accompanied by an adult.
1:3 - Users between 15-16 will need permision by their Parents/ Guardian to make an account.
1:4 - Users under 18 are not allowed by Law to download 18+ Content. (Please Age restrict content before posting online).
